Strong preference for experience in Rural Combination Assignments:
What You’ll Do:
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care across various settings
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Perform assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams using EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans
- Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience (acute care preferred)
- Experience in Emergency and/or Obstetrics
- Strong assessment, medication administration, and care planning skills
- Familiarity with pain and case management
- EMR experience (Epic, Connect Care) is an asset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
